Decorex 2026: a chalet, a long table and fourteen makers.

Olympia London hosted the show’s 48th edition, with more than 280 brands, a reimagined chalet lounge and a bar built around a single shared table.

Decorex, the interior design show, ran from 11 to 14 October at Olympia London. This was its 48th edition, with more than 280 brands and over 85 design experts. Returning exhibitors included Armac Martin, Soho Lighting & Co., Sofas & Stuff, Arte, Frato, Hyde House Bespoke Furniture, JUNG, Linwood, Knots Rugs and The Natural Mat Company, while Rachel Dein, Sterox Studio and Tracy Kendall Wallpaper joined as new names.

In Decorex Creative, Claire Coles showed mixed-media flora and fauna in paper, leather and paint, along with couture murals and appliqué made to order in her Norfolk studio.

Two installations set the tone. In the VIP Lounge, Claudia Dorsch presented “Back to the Future – The Chalet Reimagined”, drawing on 1970s Italian ski culture. The bar, by AEVEN (Alex Dauley and Grant Pierrus), was called “A Seat at the Table”: one long shared table, set with individually sourced chairs.

Making Spaces, now in its fifth year, gave room to fourteen makers working in textiles, weaving, ceramics and collage, chosen from more than 200 applications each year. A talks programme of panels and live Q&As covered sustainability, project delivery, creativity and craft.
